5. Prohibition of Defamation: Unsubstantiated accusations against projects on the platform are prohibited. Evidence is required in the event of any accusations.

Rules for Project Creators on CryptoPart

1. Honesty: Deceiving investors is prohibited.
2. Prohibition of Ponzi Schemes: The creation of Ponzi schemes is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibition of Fraudulent Projects: Collecting investments for projects aimed at deceiving people or causing harm is prohibited.
4. Independent Promotion: The responsibility for promoting a project lies with its creators. CryptoPart does not provide investors.

Recommendations for Project Creators

1. Transparency: It is recommended to share information about your team and report on expenses and revenues.
2. Regular Dividends: It is advisable to pay dividends on a monthly basis for statistical transparency and investor confidence.
3. Profit Distribution Policy: It is recommended to describe in detail the profit distribution policy between owners and shareholders on the project page.

CryptoPart Obligations

1. Dividend Distribution: We are committed to fairly distributing dividends among shareholders in accordance with the established algorithm.
2. Processing Withdrawal Requests: We are committed to processing withdrawal requests (minus fees), provided that the balance was obtained honestly. If any vulnerabilities are discovered, we recommend reporting them to us for a reward under the BugBounty program.
